HitBTCは、日本の決済サービス法に基づき、日本の住民に仮想暗号化通貨サービスの提供を一時的に停止する必要があります。利用規約に同意することにより、あなたは当社のサービスを使用しないことに同意し、HitBTCが行動することが許可されていない州または地域のいつでも居住者または居住者である場合には、これらのサービスの使用を直ちに停止します（cl.2.2 （g）参照）。

恒久居住地と法律に従ってこの恒久居住地を証明する書類、または少なくとも以下のものが必要です。（i）居住許可または居住地の公式登録。 （ii）永住者住所を記載した請求の1ヶ月以上前の銀行口座明細書。
書類を提出する締め切りは、この請求の日から14日（締め切り日）です。このフォームを使用して文書をアップロードしてください。最優先で進めます。他の方法で情報を提供しないでください。
確認済みのPROアカウントを開設する場合は、パートナーであるSequant Capital Limited（英国の金融仲介業者http://www.sequantcapital.com/）の助けを借りてこれを行うことができます。
締切日までに居住に関する情報を提供しなかった場合、または日本に居住していることを確認した場合は、サービスの提供を一時停止し、HitBTCからの暗号資産のみを引き出すことができます。
締め切りになると引き出しが遅れ、検証手続きの対象となることに注意してください。
当社の利用規約に同意することにより、AML / KYC手続を通過することに同意したものとします。手続きは、お客様に随時適用することができます（cl.12.3（c）参照）。
HitBTCは、日本の領土で行動するための正式な承認を得るために、日本の金融庁の要件を遵守するよう努めていることにご留意ください。私たちはこれに成功するとすぐにお知らせします。したがって、近い将来、パートナーシップが継続されると強く信じています。

| Dear Sir or Madam,
In accordance with the Japan Payment Services Act, HitBTC has to temporarily suspend providing virtual crypto currency exchange services to Japan residents. By accepting the Terms of Service, you have agreed not to use our Services and immediately cease using those if you are a resident or become a resident at any time of the state or region, where HitBTC is not authorized to act (see cl.2.2.(g)).
We have detected that you use or have ever used our services from an IP address registered in Japan, or any other services registered in Japan, therefore, our system identifies you as a potential Japanese resident. In order to be able to continue providing our services to you, we have to ensure that you are not a resident of Japan.
We kindly ask you to provide us the following documents:
- Your ID (a clear and recognizable scan or photo copy of your passport or ID card);
- A permanent residence address and the documents proving this permanent residence address in accordance with the law, or at least: (i) residence permit or official registration at the place of residence; AND (ii) a bank account statement not older than one (1) month prior to this request containing your permanent residence address.
The deadline to provide the documents is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this request (Deadline Date). Please use this form to upload the documents and we will proceed them at top priority. Do not provide the information via other means.

| If you fail to provide information about your residency by Deadline Date OR confirm that you are resident of Japan we will suspend providing services to you and you will only be able to withdraw your crypto assets from HitBTC.
Please note, that withdrawals upon deadline may be delayed and be subject to verification procedures.
By agreeing to our Terms of Service you have agreed to pass through AML/KYC procedures, which may be applied to You from time to time (see cl.12.3 (c)).
Please be informed that HitBTC strives to comply with the Japan Financial Services Agency’s requirements in order to obtain due authorizations to act on the territory of Japan. We will inform you as soon as we succeed in this. We, therefore, strongly believe that our partnership will be continued in the nearest future.
